montana

A few weeks ago the kids and I took a trip up to Montana. There is something so wonderful about that place. We did lots of fun things like:

Bake and eat chocolate cupcakes in honor of Gramma's birthday.

You try and feed a baby a cupcake without opening your own mouth the size of Texas!

Violet and Grampa have a special bond. It is so sweet.

Wake up from a nap, put on a goofy grin, sit on Grampa's lap and enjoy his cookies. Now that's what I call a Sunday afternoon!

Can't you just see the love in his eyes?
Probably my favorite ever.
The weather was pretty cold the whole time we were there but we did have a couple nice evenings.
We made sure to spend them like this.
Kristi this picture is for you, note the crows feet. ;)

See what I mean? Magical.

Jack became very interested in picking flowers. He made sure to pick some for everyone.
The first time my baby boy ever gave me flowers. I was REALLY excited. For real.
When it was cold we snuggled and watched alot of movies.

We had so much fun up there this year that I even day dreamed myself living there permanently. If you know me you know how much I hate the cold and how huge even a day dream like that is for me. It is that magical. For real.

That just looked sooooo relaxing and nice to be away from the hussle and bussle of everyday. How nice.....especially the snuggling. :) I love that smiling one of your Grandpa too. That's priceless.
