a little late on the bandwagon

So we all know that I am a bit fashion challenged. On occasion I can put together a decent outfit but my norm is barely above acceptable. Maybe if I had enough money to shop....just kidding, that's a whole different subject. One I'm sure my favorite frugalista Sarah would gladly debate with me. :)

The point is, I want these shoes. They are adorable and none of the local Targets have them. They aren't sold online and after reading the comments about them at the Target website, they went like hot cakes in mere minutes all across the country. So once again I am too late. I just miss that D! band wagon every stinkin' time. Fashion is exhausting and frustrating! Please tell me that one of you out there found these shoes, recognized their insane beauty/value (29.99? and the "leather" doesn't even look fake?!) and snagged them. Please?

**Update on this shoe craziness. I just finished checking the website for a Target that has these shoes. I checked Utah, Tennessee, Texas and Hawaii since I have friends or family in all of those places who could ship them to me. Do you want to know what? No one. Not one. So I did the next logical thing, I checked eBay. One size 8 with the current bid at 52.00. The auction doesn't close until tomorrow and shipping is extra. I am too cheap. Dangit!

Call the one in West Chester or Fairfield OH, and see if they have them. I could mail them or won't we be seeing you in like 3 weeks??

I'm glad you could wear those - they'd make my ankles look extra fat! ha! They are saucy and you could totally pull them off with sass! Maybe they'll get another shipment in! It'll be your lucky day!!

oh man, I think 30 for shoes is too much. Sorry, I am a flip flop girl and will be till the day I die. Nothing like having 10 different pairs of shoes for 20 bucks. If only I lived somewhere nice and warm all year long like you I would be set for life! I loathe winter because I hate wearing regular shoes. Those look painful. They are cute tho. But like most fashion items "here today, gone tomorrow"

oh my goodness, this post is awesome! because 1. my name is in it ;) and 2. I was JUST looking at these shoes online on target about 6 hrs. ago. creepy. and I fell in love and looked at available stores and there might be one 30 mins. away and I was debating whether to go get em. If I do go, I'll see if they have size 8, that is your size I'm assuming?

I so wish we lived closer to each other. I think we would be great mommy buddies just like we were in jr. high! haha(except the mommy part.)
