my grampa the cowboy

My 83 year old Grampa came to visit us for a little over two weeks. He is a real Montana cowboy turned super softy Grandfather. We love him. We cherish him. And Jack even tries to channel him on occasion.

Pretty sure a visor with built in binoculars and an inflatable blue donkey don't perfectly substitute for the ten gallon hat and rugged stallion of a real cowboy. At least he's on the same page.

Thank you for posting FIVE posts. Seriously. I love that. Overwhelmed with all the comments I could make on your cute kids or on throwing babies, I had to choose this one to comment, because the only thing more adorable than little kids are old men. They are one of my favorite things of all time. Glad you were able to spend some time with him - cherish it.

He looks wonderful. And I'll bet he's got some fantastic stories. Awesome too that your kiddos got to meet him.

That's all. (Post MORE)

How cute! I love that chair your grandpa is sitting on too. What's going on with Jack's hair?
