the truth of the matter

My reasons for the disappearance are two fold. First, I had a friend in town for a week and second, I just haven't had much to say. I don't know why? I always have something to say! The worst part is that I don't really have much to say right now either. I guess I will just post some pics and try and channel my inner blogger for another time.

Daddy's trick. They are so proud of themselves.

The "bitter beer" face.

Who, may I ask, is this dashing young gentleman? Oh wait! It's my two year old son!

Now that's more like it.

Glasses are so fun for us since none of us actually require them.

Isn't he just awesome? I wish I had created him but instead I just bought him at Home Goods. (Don't you just tingle all over when you say that? Home Goods, Home Goods, HOME GOODS!!!) I love Halloween even more this year with this dude on my front door.

I was wondering where you were! Oh my goodness, Jack is so grown up! What a cute kid! You guys should come visit us so Bentley and him can play and I can meet that beautiful little girl of yours!

Cute pics of the kids! I love that trick that Michael does. That's cool that both your kids will do it. Kalia would not EVER lock her knees. Annaliese did though...anyway, I want to find a Home Goods store. That door thing is adorable.

Holy freak I have not laughed that hard in a really long time...second picture of Jack in the shirt and tie...seriously HUH-LARIOUS! I mean is the clip-on part of the tie even in the right place? he's so cute, I totally need to meet him. btw I don't even know how one would go about doing the acrobatic baby trick, does she seriously just let him do that?!

That is a pretty cool trick! I want Violet and Nola to meet. They are so close in age, it'll be cute. Nola will wonder why Violet isn't taking toys away from her or knocking her on the head with stuff. Poor kid gets so beat up by Lucy!! Jack looks too sweet and innocent to do any of those things though... lucky Violet!
