Trunk or Treat

Jack was a lion this year and we bought the cheapest costume but of course he was so cute in it. He never ceases to be adorable and that's why we love him! We went to the trunk or treat with everyone dressed up but that only lasted about ten minutes and not for the reasons that you would think. Instead of my 1 1/2 year old getting fussy in his getup it was my husband. I guess I should give him a break since he was wrapped in tin foil from head to toe! Josie is here visiting and she was cool enough to join in our shenanigans and dress up as the scarecrow. Last but not least, I was Dorothy. My home-made skirt was extremely uneven and see through but hey we made it work with some ribbon and a slip! All in all, our Wizard of Oz crew looked pretty good and we had alot of fun.

Ah Yeah! Skittles!

My husband dressed as last nights leftovers, I mean the tin man.

The whole Wizard of Oz crew.

I think I am a little bit excited. What do you think? :)

Apparently Jack's favorite candy is the Crunch Bar because every time he had the opportunity to choose out of an assortment he went right for the blue wrapper. It was cute and he had so much fun once he realized he could go from car to car and get free sweets! I tell you what, when candy is involved they learn really fast. Halloween is the best!

What A cute little Lion! What did you think of the Trunk-or-treating? We loved it, it's such a time saver. I think Provo should pick up on it.

Wow, you look awesome! All of you! You are the prettiest Dorothy ever. And I can't blame Michael, all that tin foil does look just a tad awkward. I bet it was fun for him to be a part of Halloween this year though.

Kat - your costumes were awesome!! If only I could be as creative and talented as you - hello sewing your costume?!? Jack, of course, is adorable and the bottom pic with his little belly sticking out of his lion costume is hilarious! And now, seeing the full get-up that Michael had on, I don't blame him for getting hot and ripping it off! That must have been a toaster inside.

So cute - glad we got to see you at the party!

Oh wow you got the whole fam to participate on a themed Halloween...I don't think I could talk Brett into dressing up even if I begged. Besides this year I just feel like a big tub-o-lard...perhaps that's what I should have told people I was dressed up as?! I'm due in Feb. and these last 16 weeks I have a feeling I am going to get impossibly large.
Jack is hilarious, even his converse match somewhat! love it

CUTE costumes!!! You look way cute! Michael needed to paint his face all silver! I love it how Jack's belly pokes out more then your's and you are the pregnant one.
How fun Josie was there and could finish your theme!!!

i need you to have a pregnancy ticker on your blog...i don't know why i'm just obsessed with how far along people are. that said, i am taking your advice in full swing. if anyone gives me guff i just simply pull the pregnancy card. i'm too constipated to fart so i'll have to come up with something else. yay.

You guys looked too cute! I love your outfit. Your sister is a champ for putting up with the scarecrow costume, it looks itchy! I've never been rolled in tin foil for halloween, but I have seran wrap. I think I had to cut it off!
