4 more, and three, two, last one!

Hey ebedeebuddy! I just wanted to post quickly about my recent love affair. No serious infidelity, just aerobics. So for those of you who don't know I am currently teaching an aerobics class on Saturday mornings in the gym of our church. It is seriously the most fun thing I have done in a long time. Last Saturday was my third class and I had 6 repeat offenders. We got our sweat on from 7-8 am and it was intense. I was a new woman after and just felt like I was totally in my element.

Anyway, I am thinking about starting a blog about real people work outs. By real people I mean, gals like me who are stretch marked here and have some jiggling going on there but who still like to strap on the spandex (or the t-shirt and sweats). I have always actually enjoyed exercise (even if it doesn't always show) and I feel passionately about it on most days. So let me know if you would read this blog and if so what you think I should put in it. Ideas people ideas!!! I need them.

I would totally read it, I love exercising too and my stomach still isn't quite right so any ideas on fixing the strange softness that I can only assume is there to stay would be greatly appreciated. As for suggestions on the blog: Healthy eating tips, perhaps an "exercise or stretch of the day" suggestion, any random advice on sticking with a workout regimen... Maybe you could even offer advice about how to train for a marathon in such a way that would enable one to beat your crazy husbands time...I still wish you could have been there to see him after the race. He's like an energizer bunny, he didn't even look tired and was way TOO peppy after having just run 26.2 miles. crazy!

I would definitely be interested in a blog like that! I'm not a member of any gym right now, because we have a little workout room in the clubhouse of our complex, but I hardly ever use it. I honestly buy fitness magazines and do the little at-home workouts in our spare bedroom! I feel the same way as you, where I love exercise, but it doesn't always seem to show... I like the suggestions from the comment above me too. I say go for it!

I am with Carmen on the belly thing. Its flat and when I'm standing up I'm not ashamed, but I sit down and oh heck it blobs out in ways that is just not right! I totally want to do more than my at home DvDs, I want to join a gym and work out for a couple hours on a regular basis, but before that happens I need mental help. Put something on your blog that will allow me to leave Lucy alone with someone other than her Daddy because I still can't do it! My belly is telling me yes, but my mind is telling me no! Help!!
